Council of International Fellowship Austria

The organisation “Council of International Fellowship Austria” (German name: Council of International Fellowship Austria (CIFA) - Verein zur Förderung des internationalen Austauschs im sozialen Bereich) is a private and non-profit, politically, religiously independent organisation, which exists since 1979.

We are one of about 30 CIF National Branches all over the world and part of CIF International, our umbrella organization. The origins go back to the Fifties last century to Dr. Henry B. Ollendorff, who founded the Cleveland International Program. His mission was to improve relations between people of different nations, cultures, races, religions, and ethnic backgrounds.
